Spring Knowledge Global (SKG) is a unique Japan-Vietnam joint IT venture based in Ho Chi Minh City. Since its founding in 2016, SKG has been on a mission to "create Vietnam-born solutions that connect and support people," leveraging strengths in AR, AI, image processing, and specialized fields like healthcare (FHIR etc.), accessibility (WCAG etc.), and education.

SKG runs on a dual-track approach: building our own original products and offering tailored outsourcing solutions based on our technical expertise. Now, with proven success as a small but elite team of 20+, we are entering a new phase of global business expansion.

And we're looking for a sales teammate who's ready to take on that challenge with us!

🎯【What You'll Be Doing】

You'll take the lead in promoting both our in-house products and outsourcing projects tailored to the needs of global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach and business development across Japan, Vietnam, Asia, Europe, and the US

• Proposing optimal solutions based on client needs

• Promoting product adoption (e.g., GlassOn, Uni-Voice, EHR)

• Presenting SKG's technical strengths for custom project proposals (contract-based, lab-type)

• Attending and organizing exhibitions, webinars, and business meetings

• Collaborating on strategy development and market expansion plans

👤【Who We're Looking For】

🔹Basic Requirements:

• Currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City (any nationality)

• Comfortable with business-level English communication

• 2+ years experience in sales or customer-facing roles

• Curious, excited about innovation and new ideas

🔸Bonus Points:

• Japanese candidates planning to stay long-term in Vietnam

• Vietnamese candidates eager to work in global markets

• Experience or interest in IT, product sales, or proposal-based sales

• Friendly, proactive communicators who enjoy being the face of a company

🏢【Work Location & Style】

• Office: Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City

• Partial remote work possible (negotiable)

• Travel opportunities for client meetings and events

🕒【Working Hours & Holidays】

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, including lunch break)

• Some remote flexibility available

• Weekends and national holidays off (Vietnam calendar)

• Year-end and Tet holidays provided

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary: approx. USD 1,000–3,000 (based on experience and ability)

• Performance-based incentives and 13th-month salary
